We provide skilled, efficient and pro-active general crew for all your event needs. Whether labour intensive or technical, our aim is to send you the correct crew for your event type. With the right skills in the right places your event build, live days and break can run smoothly and to time.

Drivers
We have a wide range of fully licenced and time served plant operators including the following:
- Counterbalance Drivers
- Rough Terrain Drivers
- Telehandler Drivers
Carpenters
Set Builders
We have specialist event carpenters skilled in various areas of event carpentry, from the most straight forward such as set building, panel wrapping and applying graphics, to the more complex tasks such as erecting timber structures, temporary walkways and platforms.

We have NRC level 2 & 3 qualified riggers and IPAF Operators (Cherry picker / Scissor Lift).

We have experienced drivers with a range of vehicles and trailers including Luton vans. Available for pickups, drop offs, removals and transporting goods.

security
We are not a mass employer of security guards, but recruit, select and train only those individuals whose orientation and motivation are compatible with our own aims and moral values. This enables our clients to run their events and operations with minimal effort and concern for safety and security as this is taken care of.

Probationary
All crew are vetted and enter the company on a probationary basis.

General
Having completed the probationary period and ticked all the boxes, the crew member joins our general live event crew. They must show a positive attitude day in, day out, while performing tasks on-site to a quality standard.

Elite
Our elite crew have shown maturity during their time with us and gained the knowledge, skills and experience to ready them for progression to chief crew positions in the future. Our elite crew are well taught and are the key support to the crew chiefs.

Crew Chief
These guys have proved themselves and have shown that they have what it takes to lead a team. They receive instructions and relay those plans back to the team whilst making sure the job is carried out to the highest standard.

Time Served
Crew Chief
These guys are the most senior within our company and are where all our crew aspire to be. They are ‘time served’, which means they have been with us in the live events industry for many years and therefore have a world of experience and a wealth of knowledge. They have fantastic management skills and will work with you and your team to ensure everything goes smoothly and according to plan.
